This very spacious apartment is right in the center of Rome.
It is 130m2 wide and has a balcony of around 2 square meters with a lovely view of Via del Corso.
It si situated on the second floor of a typical roman building with no elevator, but there steps are easy to do for they only 20.
This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is the main one and has a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress. The second bedroom has two individual beds that can be joined if required, and there is a window that faces on to Via del Corso. An additional single bed can be added.
The bathrooms are quite big, one with a pre-bathroom that has a sink and then, separated, a WC and shower area. The second one is a standard bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge and the washing machine.
The living area is composed of a sofa for three, which when opened, becomes a double bed and there is a small base where the TV, DVD and stereo are placed.
This apartment, decorated with extremely good taste, has a delightful mixed style between a retró and a modern touch. Some walls are have a lovely mint-green Damascus wall paper, and all the floors are parquet. It is quite silent thanks to the windows that have a double glass system, which allow the light illuminate but prevent the noise from coming in. It is ideal for a group or family of seven, with Satellite TV, air conditioner and autonomous heating system, and if needed iron and ironing board.
